Hydroxyapatite is the mineral that makes up most of our tooth enamel. In toothpaste, the HAP particles attach to the tooth surface, fill the finest irregularities in the enamel and support remineralisation. This makes teeth more resistant to caries and acids. Teeth also become smoother and look naturally brighter.

• HAP Refresh cares gently: hyaluronic acid and coconut oil for the gums, white activated charcoal and calcium peroxide for gentle whitening, mild and fresh taste.
• HAP Strong has an intense peppermint taste and gently removes discolouration with PAP.
• HAP Protect⁺ Serum is a highly concentrated extra protection after brushing (about 5 seconds) and builds up the protective mineral layer faster.

We only use micro-hydroxyapatite, no nano particles, because there are many meaningful studies on it. The particles are a few micrometres (µm) in size. "Nano" means particles below 100 nanometres, i.e. below 0.1 µm, so our particles are many times larger. In the Serum they are especially fine so that they can close open dentine tubules.

Hydroxyapatite does not work through a fresh or foaming effect; it attaches to the tooth surface. Our toothpastes are mild and foam little, so brushing feels different from conventional toothpastes. Many customers notice after just a few days that their teeth feel smoother. The effect builds up with regular use.

There are numerous clinical studies on the effect of micro-hydroxyapatite, including on caries prevention in children and adults compared with fluoride. You can find an overview of the most important studies in our e-book at feelfrsh.com/pages/hap.

Brush 2 to 3 times a day for 2 minutes with about 2 cm of HAP Refresh or HAP Strong. Then, ideally in the evening, apply a pea-sized amount of HAP Protect⁺ Serum to your teeth and do not rinse. A 60 ml tube of toothpaste lasts about 3 to 4 weeks; a 15 ml tube of Serum about 80 to 90 applications.

After brushing, spit out the toothpaste well and do not rinse with water. This leaves more hydroxyapatite particles on your teeth. Do not rinse out HAP Protect⁺ Serum after applying it.

HAP can close open dentine tubules that cause sensitivity. For sensitive teeth, we recommend combining toothpaste (daily) and HAP Protect⁺ Serum (as extra protection, e.g. in the evening). Many customers report that their teeth are noticeably less sensitive after a short time – read the reviews on our product pages.

No. HAP supports the repair of early, superficial enamel damage. An existing hole (cavity) must be treated by your dentist.

Hydroxyapatite fills the finest cracks and irregularities in the enamel. The surface becomes smoother and reflects light more evenly, so teeth look naturally brighter. How quickly you see a difference varies. Crowns, veneers and fillings do not become lighter. You can use our toothpastes right after bleaching. If your teeth are sensitive afterwards, HAP Protect⁺ Serum soothes them.

Our toothpastes and the Serum are developed for adults and safety-assessed under the EU Cosmetics Regulation. There are no special notes for pregnancy and breastfeeding; you can use the products as usual. For children under 6, dentists recommend a children's toothpaste. Many families use our toothpastes without problems, but younger children may find the mint taste too sharp.

Yes, all frsh products are fluoride-free. Clinical studies with micro-HAP toothpastes show a comparable effect to fluoride toothpastes in preventing caries. One advantage of HAP: it is a substance found in the body and is harmless, even if some is swallowed. With an increased risk of caries, or for children, best discuss oral care with your dentist or dental hygienist.

Yes. HAP and fluoride do not exclude each other. You can use HAP Protect⁺ Serum in addition to brushing, even if you stay with your usual toothpaste: simply apply it after brushing, ideally in the evening.

You can find the full list of ingredients (INCI), including fragrances that may cause allergies, on the folding box and on each product page in our shop. All frsh products are safety-assessed and approved under the EU Cosmetics Regulation. Our products are not tested on animals. Our toothpastes HAP Refresh and HAP Strong are vegan.

Unopened, our products keep for 3 years. Once opened, use the toothpaste within 6 months and the Serum within 12 months. Our products are developed in Switzerland; the toothpastes are made in Sweden, the Serum in Switzerland. The folding box goes into paper recycling, the well-squeezed tubes into plastic collection (if your municipality offers one), otherwise into household waste.

We deliver to Switzerland and Liechtenstein; we currently do not ship abroad. We usually ship within 2 working days with Swiss Post.

Within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein, shipping with A-Post costs CHF 3.70, or CHF 4.90 with tracking. Shipping is free from an order value of CHF 45.00, and subscriptions are always delivered free of charge. Without tracking, you will not receive a tracking number.

Selected dental practices also stock our products – just ask your practice.

You can pay with TWINT, credit card or debit card. Volume discounts are deducted automatically in the cart. We currently do not offer gift vouchers. To change the delivery address or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number – as long as it has not been shipped, we are happy to adjust it.

Nothing arrived after 5 working days? Send us your order number – we will check with Swiss Post and resend free of charge if needed. Wrong address? Let us know the correct address as soon as possible and we will find a solution together. Had to pay a surcharge? Send us a photo of the receipt and we will refund the amount.

We are sorry about that. Please send a photo and your order number to info@feelfrsh.com within 7 days. We will send the missing or correct products free of charge.

Contact us in writing at info@feelfrsh.com within 7 days of receipt. We will then tell you how to return the products to frsh AG, Rietstrasse 12, 9436 Balgach. We refund unopened products in their original packaging.

There you can postpone deliveries or cancel the subscription. If you would like different products in your subscription, write to us at info@feelfrsh.com.
